Shipping Policy
At VentedSteam, we supply professional industrial tooling throughout New Zealand and Australia. We aim to dispatch orders promptly while keeping customers informed throughout the shipping process.
Order Processing
• Orders are processed during normal New Zealand business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
• Products stocked in New Zealand are generally dispatched within 1 business day, subject to availability.
• Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Supplier & Direct Ship Products
Many products are shipped directly from our approved manufacturers or international distribution centers. Estimated delivery times are generally 10–30 business days, depending on supplier location, freight carrier and destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping
We currently ship throughout New Zealand and Australia.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched and becomes available from the freight carrier. Orders containing products from different suppliers may be shipped separately at no additional shipping cost unless otherwise advised.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping applies to standard metropolitan delivery areas only.
Additional freight charges may apply to rural, remote or isolated locations within New Zealand or Australia. Where this occurs, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm your acceptance. If you choose not to proceed, your order will be cancelled and any payment refunded.
Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders promptly, delays may occur due to supplier availability, customs processing, freight carriers, weather events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. VentedSteam is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate.
Additional freight, storage or redelivery costs resulting from an incorrect address, failed delivery or customer-requested redirection after dispatch are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection of Goods
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any shortages, freight damage or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Product Availability
All products are offered subject to supplier availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, VentedSteam may cancel the affected item and provide a full refund, or, with your agreement, supply a suitable alternative or revised delivery timeframe.
Pricing Errors
While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, VentedSteam reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where an obvious pricing, description or system error has occurred. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
Business Customers
VentedSteam supplies products primarily for professional and industrial use. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are suitable for their intended application before purchase.
